To start the weekend off for community weekend we made healthier chilli dogs. We made the rolls from scratch with yeast and yogurt to give it that softness. We made the hot dogs out of lean pork mince, garlic, sage and onion. The chili using ground beef and spices. Topped off with low fat & low sugar mozzarella. Served it with potato salad instead of mayonnaise we used a lemon, mustard & vinegar dressing. Extremely happy with the results of the chili dogs was a great alternative, thank you so much for the huge support today was great seeing you all.
