Assortment Of Dim Sum
To start the week off we made an assortment of dim sum.
Baos, parcels & dumplings.
We filled half of them with pork & the rest with a shrimp farce.
In addition we steamed half of them & fried the rest.
To finish it off we made a sweet & sour hot broth.
